We have this monthly sales meeting. Every month, like clockwork. Every month it rotates between one boring location to the next, and then they wonder why none of us seem charged up about increasing sales. We have all tried telling our boss they need to take us somewhere lively and fun to get us geared up for new promotions and agendas. No one ever listens. That changed just the other day, our new sales director told us he new conference venues could be boring and he was going to treat us to his choice for our next meeting. All I could say after getting back was, if this meeting was an indicator of the style of this new guy, I like it and he is going to be a rock star here.
